E. Thomas Harvey, III, a life-long Wilmington, Delaware resident, serves as the President of Harvey, Hanna and Associates (HHA). HHA is a commercial redevelopment firm that owns and manages 3 million sq. ft. of industrial, commercial, retail, and hospitality property throughout the mid-Atlantic region. As president, Thom owns and manages a number of management and real estate property investment companies. Leading the HHA team with a unique mix of business experience and sense of community, Thom inspires the creation of innovative real estate solutions for the 21st Century.

Mr. Harvey joined Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA) in 2004 and currently serves as Vice President of Property Management and Construction Services.

John is a Commercial Property Manager (CPM) Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an internationally recognized distinction within the commercial real estate industry. Since joining HHA in 2004, his focal areas of experience in the disciplines include property management, land acquisition, disposition, site development, project management, leasing, construction design, land-use planning, permitting, finance, and construction. Specifically, Mr. Harvey assisted in HHA’s development of commercial office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality projects, with special emphasis on scalable re-development.

Michael B. Kinnard

Michael B. Kinnard

Michael Kinnard has served as a legal and strategic planning advisor for HHA since 2014. In 2016, Mr. Kinnard was appointed General Counsel and Vice President. He will manage all corporate legal matters as well as play an integral role in the company’s growth strategy.

Mr. Kinnard has more than 27 years of executive, business development, client relationship management, business capitalization, and legal experience for both public and private companies. Prior to joining HHA, he served as CEO of Total Trax Inc., a leading provider of real time vehicle, driver and inventory tracking technologies for manufacturing and warehouse operations. He recently served as Senior Vice-President at Alexander Proudfoot Company, an operational improvement consulting firm, as a business development and client relations management executive.

Bill Lower offers 25 years of diverse environmental engineering and public policy experience in the private sector, government, and academia. In his role as the Director of Environmental and Political Affairs, Bill is responsible for environmental planning and assessment for HHA projects. He also manages the company's federal, state, and local government relations.

Murray Dingwall grew up in St. Andrews, Scotland. He graduated from the University of Dundee in 1988. From 1988 to 1994 he was employed by Touche Ross & Co. in Aberdeen, Scotland, during which time he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

In 1994 Murray relocated to the United States, along with his wife, Beth, a native of Newtown Square, PA. From 1994 until 2007 worked with Horty & Horty. P.A., Certified Public Accountants in Wilmington, Delaware.

Ryan Kennedy offers 12 years of regional marketing, advertising and public relations management experience with his role at Harvey, Hanna & Associates. In his position as Director of Marketing, Ryan manages all marketing and advertising initiatives for HHA and its business entities. Ryan’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, marketing, sales, public relations, tenant, client and media relations, social media and website management and managing the company’s corporate giving initiatives.

E. Thomas Harvey, IV has served as a leasing and sales associate for HHA since 2015. Thomas is responsible for the day-to-day leasing activity across the company’s 3.5 million square foot commercial property portfolio. Thomas’ role helps optimize the value of company assets through sourcing, negotiating, and providing financial analysis on new transactions with commercial tenants as well as assisting with the company’s tenant retention initiative.
