It promises to be an exciting three hours revealing the revitalization of the Quaker Hill area west of Market Street – 4th to 9th Streets and Market to Washington Street. The district is undergoing a series of redevelopment projects that focus on creative production and consumption. The revitalization plan is fashioned after Paducah, Kentucky renowned artist relocation program.
