Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant at Harvey Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing high-level administrative, clerical, and logistical support. Working under the direct supervision of the Administrative Services Manager, this position supports various departments, assists with local errands, coordinates internal events, and occasionally supports senior staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
