Newport, Delaware – Harvey Hanna & Associates (HHA), a leading multidisciplinary real estate investment, development, and management firm, today announced the promotion of Greg Ellis to Vice President of Portfolio Management, effective January 1, 2026.
In his expanded leadership role, Ellis will oversee the execution of both short- and long-term portfolio strategies across the company’s commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. He will lead tenant service and retention initiatives, pursue new business opportunities, negotiate leasing transactions, and collaborate closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership to maximize asset performance and long-term value.
Ellis brings more than 34 years of commercial real estate experience to the role, with deep expertise in portfolio management, leasing, investment sales, and corporate real estate strategy. Prior to joining HHA, he served as a principal and sales manager at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties, where he specialized in corporate property and investment sales and tenant representation across office, industrial, and retail sectors. His transaction experience spans office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, and land throughout the region.
Ellis earned a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and pursued graduate studies in real estate at Johns Hopkins University. He remains active in numerous industry and civic organizations, including serving as past president of The Committee of 100 and holding leadership roles with regional commercial real estate and economic development groups.
