E. Thomas Harvey, IV has served as a leasing and sales associate for HHA since 2015. Thomas is responsible for the day-to-day leasing activity across the company’s 3.5 million square foot commercial property portfolio. Thomas’ role helps optimize the value of company assets through sourcing, negotiating, and providing financial analysis on new transactions with commercial tenants as well as assisting with the company’s tenant retention initiative.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with project management, tenant improvement projects, planning, design, finance, regulatory compliance, marketing, public relations and tenant relations.
Thomas also serves as HHA’s commercial property analyst continually studying local and regional acquisitions, development and leasing activity.
Prior to joining HHA’s commercial division, Thomas served as Sales Director for the company’s first ever residential and mixed-use redevelopment project at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove in Dewey Beach, Delaware. While serving as Sales Director, Thomas and the sales team achieved $3 Million in annual sales for the project. Thomas was also critical in leading the redesign of the sales program by implementing a new communications plan, streamlining a new lead acquisition process and helped strengthen the brand’s presence throughout the community serving as a brand ambassador for the development.
Thomas is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Delaware and obtained his license in 2015.
