In the mid-1990s, Mr. Harvey was leading Harvey & Harvey, Inc., a regional, privately held solid waste hauling and recycling firm with an operating presence in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. In 1997, Harvey & Harvey merged with USA Waste, Inc., a public multinational waste management company that later acquired Waste Management, Inc. Under Mr. Harvey’s 20-year leadership, Harvey & Harvey sales had grown 100-fold, with a bottom-line 10 times its original growth revenue in 1975. Realizing that the mid-Atlantic region along the I-95 corridor was optimally positioned for rapid economic growth, Mr. Harvey and Mr. Hanna had a vision for expansion

Acquired and redeveloped four prominent business campuses and industrial parks (Delaware River Industrial Park, Newport Industrial Park, Creekwood Corporate Center and Twin Spans Business Park).
Continues expansion within the real estate industry, having redeveloped Hockessin Crossing in Hockessin, Delaware and The Limestone Shopping Center on Limestone Road in Wilmington, Delaware.
Opens hospitality mixed-use redevelopment project with Delaware's first ever Hyatt-branded hotel Hyatt Place Dewey Beach and residential luxury condo community known as The Residences at Lighthouse Cove.
Launches full-service affiliate hospitality management company known as TKo Hospitality.
Today, HHA serves as a full-service Commercial Real Estate Development Company featuring 3.5 million square feet of prime location industrial and commercial real estate throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
By the end of 2018, HHA will grow its property portfolio to 5.2 million square feet of real estate.
HHA acquired, repositioned and sold the former General Motors Automobile Assembly plant on Boxwood Road to help pave the way for a new e-commerce fulfillment distribution campus.
