Delaware River Industrial Park encompasses 45 industrial-zoned acres located along Lambson Lane in New Castle, Delaware. The site is well situated near the Delaware Memorial Bridge, within a half mile of the Port of Wilmington and full interchanges of I-95, I-295 and I-495.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

50 Harbor View Drive is the most recent industrial property added to the Harvey, Hanna & Associates property portfolio. Spanning 130,000 square feet, located in the Delaware River Industrial Park. The building is home to PODS Enterprises (LLC), as they recently outgrew their most recent space. A renowned leader in portable storage solutions with its innovative approach to storage, logistics, warehousing & distribution, PODS was able to further enhance their dynamic operational landscape within the region with the re-location to 50 Harbor View Drive. 

The recent completion of 50 Harbor View Drive marks a significant milestone for HHA, further solidifying its commitment to delivering high-quality flexible industrial spaces tailored to meet the evolving demands of distribution and modern warehouse uses in the region. The 50 Harbor View project represents HHA’s first-ever self-fulfilled new construction project in which the entire project was managed in-house by HHA construction management.
