Twin Spans Business Park was Harvey, Hanna & Associates very first redevelopment project 25 years ago and is considered the premier distribution campus in the mid-Atlantic region.
CHALLENGE
Turn a currently vacant, obsolete manufacturing facility opened by Chicago Bridge and Iron into a redeveloped modern business campus that encompasses 2 million square feet of Class A commercial logistics, warehouse, distribution, and office space.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This 135-acre (1.85 million square feet) business park is located in the City of New Castle only minutes from I-95, I-295, I-495 and Routes 9 & 13 and two miles south of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. The site offers convenient access to the Port of Wilmington, Delaware Memorial Bridge, and the entire northeast corridor.
Twin Spans has a presence of strong, nationally recognized companies (Tire Rack, Zenith Products, Ferguson, Iron Mountain Hermann Warehouse Corporation) mixed with well-known regional entities. The park offers excellent design specs with a wide array of suite sizes to fit tenant space requirements and is a pillar in the community, helping to generate continued economic growth.
