HARVEY, HANNA & ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCE ACQUISITION OF CROSSWINDS MOTEL
NEWPORT, DE. (February 20, 2024) – Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA) announced today the acquisition of the Crosswinds Motel at 312 Rehoboth Avenue, in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
The 23-room Crosswinds Motel has welcomed guests to Rehoboth Beach since 1998. The acquisition marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for both Crosswinds and the greater Delaware beach resort community as HHA sets out to enhance and rejuvenate this iconic establishment.

Crosswinds will be operated by TKo Hospitality Management (TKo). With the addition of Crosswinds, there will be five hospitality properties within the HHA and TKo collaboration, which currently includes Hyatt Place Dewey Beach, Hyatt House Lewes Rehoboth Beach, Hyatt Place Kent Narrows & Marina, and Coast Rehoboth Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
