Newport, Delaware (May 7, 2024) – Harvey Hanna & Associates (HHA), a leading commercial real estate redevelopment firm, announced today the promotions of two leadership team members.
Effective immediately, Will Harvey is promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Operations. In his expanded role, Harvey will be in responsible charge of HHA’s property management, field services, and construction management groups.
Highlighted by a proven history of excellence and dedication to the company’s growth, Harvey has played a pivotal role in HHA’s project management for many successful industrial redevelopment initiatives throughout the HHA portfolio. Key projects include the successful revitalization of 500 Water Street (Newport, DE), buildouts for 10 Dockview Drive (New Castle, DE) and 50 Harbor View Drive (New Castle, DE). Most notably, Harvey has successfully led over 3.5 million square feet of tenant fit-outs contributing to HHA’s tenant occupancy rate of 96% over the last several years. Harvey has been with HHA since 2002.
Additionally, Michael T. Nash has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Construction Management. In this capacity, Nash will be primarily responsible for oversight of HHA construction management services for new and existing industrial, commercial and hospitality facilities. Nash’s innovative approach to construction and project management has served invaluable to the HHA team and its evolving hospitality portfolio. Since 2021, Nash successfully led the construction management for Hyatt Place Dewey Beach (Dewey Beach, DE), Hyatt House Lewes / Rehoboth Beach (Lewes, DE), Hyatt Place Kent Narrows & Marina (Grasonville, MD), COAST Rehoboth Beach (Rehoboth Beach, DE) and the most recent HHA industrial project at 50 Harbor View Drive at Delaware River Industrial Park (New Castle, DE). Nash has worked with HHA since 2021.
